Its ok not so great but there is one service is best they inform all information on time wha they do what they going to do. my drivetrain problem i m not happy with there solution there is no light or no notification but i fill on driving the problem

Before my service the washer fluid light had been on for a couple days indicating that a top-up was required. This was marginally topped by BMW at the service just to remove the indicator light. This promptly came back on 2 days later. Poor service

Very friendly, efficient service. Quoted 2 hours for the re-call work buit I was back on the road (with a washed car!) within 90 mins. Good coffee and cakes too...

Service was great. But I ordered windscreen wipers the day I was picking my car up and was told no problem. But on arrivalt this was not done as replacement wipers were at another location. I would have left the car if informed beforehand.

Rather rude / brusque approach from Service Advisor . Notwithstanding that I contacted the dealership prior to my arrival only to be informed that my estimate booked via my BMW App did not apply to M Sport Discs / Pads .
