I live 40 mile from Lloyd BMW and the recent recall was over two days making it extremely difficult to return home then come back the following day. Maybe a courtesy car could be provided. Apart from that the customer service is excellent.

They completed everything the car was booked in for although it was there for longer than originally stated (awaiting equipment part). Once completed I am very pleased with the outcome.
