Lloyd have now had my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks and it is no nearer being repaired. I have had to initiate contact myself for every update apart from the one where Lloyd wanted payment. £660 later and I'm no further forward.

Only 4 star because the technician servicing my car did not reset the service record in the car necessitating a return journey of 18 miles to get this done. I had to date the service book myself as well. Annoying when the bill was over £500.

Sat and waited over 1 hour for courtesy car which needed fuel and was filthy inside and out. How can you inspect or do a walk around on a dirty car whixh is brand new

At about 3.00pm I was told you needed the car overnight and was specifically told 'yes, you had the parts and yes the Warranty replacement was taking place'. Unfortunately this was not in fact correct, only a check and refix was done by the next day

Booked MOT and brake fluid change last week and told would get call before 1230. No call so rang BMW and told car would be ready at 1pm. Car finally ready at 120pm. Arrived home and noticed notification for brake fliud had not been reset.

My alloy was scuffed during the day. Nothing mentioned to me at all, no contact from manager following morning as promised - I've had to chase this up now waiting repair (March 11th). 2 days after picking my car up i had a drivetrain issue alert?!?!?

I had visited the dealer twice to remind them of the work that needed to be done while I was away on holiday. Despite my efforts they did not complete the repair in a way that gave me a positive experience .

Had diagnostic for 2 issues. Results shown the 2 issues (which I obviously already knew) with no details whatsoever, just an impossible to understand estimate to fix both issues for more than £2000. However service manager was extremely helpful.

The service on and around the dealership is really good. Staff friendly can't fault the staff just put a real damper on my experience after having a car 3 weeks and this happening, this should have been picked up in pre checks.

Reminder given that MOT was due. Good service and friendly team. One issue; Dash cam was disconnected by the service team, but they forgot to reconnect. Luckily I noticed before I left the BMW garage. Would have been very inconvenient if I hadn't.

Wireless phone charger still des not work despite bringing car in for a day in the summer to fix this. Asked again for this to be fixed when leaving car all day for service last week. It was not fixed. Now I have to bring car in again for another day
