I live 40 mile from Lloyd BMW and the recent recall was over two days making it extremely difficult to return home then come back the following day. Maybe a courtesy car could be provided. Apart from that the customer service is excellent.

The service requirements were undertaken over 2 days as the EGR cooler was required to have a replacement fitted and tested. A replacement check on the drivers airbag was undertaken. At completion a full external car wash & polish was provided FOC.

I was unable to get a hire car due to not having my license for three years but they were quick to resolve the issue and organised Uber transport home and one to pick me up as soon as the replacement was done. Car was also serviced on top.

Car was to have brake pads changed. Told few hours later that discs needed doing. Asked why when car has only clocked 26k miles. I asked to have a video of the supposed 'corrosion and lip of the discs'. This is something Audi do, never received.

All the staff are Great, Dealt with the issues in time they gave, explained in detail what had been done. Only concern was the charge for a (courtesy car) as my car was a recall which used my time & fuel twice for a BMW fault so not very courteous.

Carla was excellent in providing speedy service in a professional way. She also quickly responded to fix something missed in the service (tyre pressure was low). The fact that tyre pressure was missed was poor and undermines trust in servicing.

I complained about a small scratch on my windscreen and was supposed to have an email address sent over to send photos in as I couldn't take the car back to the service centre and I still haven't heard from anyone.

The interactions with the team are good. Lee dealt with the communication and information timely and was always keeping me updated. My X5 went in for a standard service and to rectify a fault with the room/sunroof, for the 3rd time. It still leaks!

I was very well looked after by Greg Hawkins and his sales manager Carl Palmer. I was able to build the car to the specification that I wanted and I was impressed by their knowledge of the options. I felt I was a valued customer.
