The experience was excellent with the exception of one person (a lady) who didntnseem t know anything. I was subsequently told I she was the wrong person to talk to. I must say Lois was excellent.

Broken sunroof is not covered by warranty

Lloyd phoned me last week for a recall and they needed the car for half a day, not a problem my son delivered the car at 9-30am He was dropped home 1 hour later, he was phoned at 4pm to be collected car had fault , arrived back to us lunch next day

After referral to supervisor my car was collected from my work address NE43 7AL, close to the A69. I was informed this is also outside of your usual postcode coverage.

Visit was to have a minor service (brake fluid change) and carry out first MOT. Both were completed without any issues.

3 Year warranty check and MOT carried out. Day after the Adblue warning came on. Thought fluids could have been checked as part of this and don't expect it to be filled automatically, but option would be good and also sales for yourselves.

My repair was carried out the same day and i was offered transport between the dealership and home whilst the work took place.

The warranty repair to faulty usb socket was done and took two visits. Repaired on second visit but after taking away I discovered the satnav was not working. Took a third visit to sort. Ok cars are technically more challenging these days.

The service advisor couldn't have been more helpful - however, despite having the car 2 days the service dept failed to rectify one of the issues (a rattle/buzz in the dash) - furthermore the loan vehicle had not had its sat nav system activated

I was looked after by Kim Goldsmith. She was great and got everything sorted out for me straight away. I got a text to say my car was ready for collection. I asked her about my tyre tread and she took me to my car and showed me how to check it myself
